Privacy Policy
Calculator inputs
The PayFeeCalc calculator runs in your browser. Amounts and calculator selections are used on your device to produce the result. The calculator does not send the amount you enter to the PayFeeCalc WordPress server, store it in the website database, save it in cookies or browser storage, or add it to the page URL.
Do not enter personal account information into the amount field. The calculator only needs an amount and the displayed fee options.
Information processed when you visit
When you request a web page, the website’s hosting, content-delivery, and security infrastructure may process ordinary technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, date and time, referring page, and security signals. This information is used to deliver the site, maintain reliability, detect abuse, and protect the service.
The site currently loads the Cloudflare Web Analytics performance beacon. Cloudflare describes this service as cookie-free and says that it collects performance and page-view metrics without collecting visitors’ personal data or tracking individual users across Cloudflare customers. Cloudflare may separately use strictly necessary cookies for security and traffic management, depending on the services enabled and the request.
Information you choose to submit
If you use the Contact page, we receive the name, email address, subject, message, and other information you choose to provide. The form emails these details to the site administrator. The PayFeeCalc plugin does not save the submitted message in the WordPress database, although the receiving mailbox, email-delivery provider, hosting systems, or backups may retain it according to their settings and policies. We use the information to respond, investigate reports, maintain the site, prevent abuse, and keep necessary records of the communication.
To limit automated abuse, the form temporarily stores a keyed, one-way network tag and an attempt count for up to 15 minutes. The tag is derived from the request’s network address and is not designed to reveal the original address. Hosting, security, and content-delivery systems may separately process or log IP addresses as described above. Submitted form values are not added to the redirect URL.
Please do not submit passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card or bank details, PayPal credentials, or full transaction records. PayFeeCalc cannot access or assist with PayPal accounts.
Cookies and similar technologies
The calculator does not use cookies, local storage, or session storage to save amounts. Site infrastructure may use strictly necessary technologies for security, traffic management, and administration. Cloudflare Web Analytics uses a performance beacon rather than an analytics cookie. Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by providers that help host, deliver, secure, measure, or operate the website, and by services used to deliver contact messages. These providers process information for their technical functions and are subject to their own terms and privacy obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the website or its users, investigate abuse, or establish or defend legal rights.
Retention
Calculator amounts are not retained by the calculator. Contact messages are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, address the issue, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. Technical and security logs are retained according to the relevant provider settings and operational security needs.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with a message you submitted, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Use the Contact page and provide enough information to identify your request without sending unnecessary sensitive data.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary security technologies may prevent parts of the site from working correctly.
External links
The website links to official fee sources and other third-party websites. Their content and privacy practices are controlled by those third parties. Review their policies before submitting information to them.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the calculator, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top of the page will be changed when a material update is published.

PayFeeCalc is an independent informational calculator. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PayPal. It does not provide PayPal account services or customer support.
Estimates, not quotes
Calculator results are estimates based on the rate and options displayed in the tool. Actual PayPal charges can differ because of account-specific pricing, negotiated or promotional rates, product eligibility, transaction classification, currency conversion, taxes, refunds, disputes, holds, reserves, or fee changes after the displayed verification date.
Check the applicable official PayPal fee page and the charge shown in your account before relying on an estimate. PayFeeCalc does not provide financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business estimation. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a way that impairs availability, or falsely represent PayFeeCalc as an official PayPal service.
Intellectual property and third-party names
The site’s original text, design, and calculator code are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to PayPal identify the third-party service whose fees are being estimated and do not imply affiliation.
Availability and changes
The website, calculator, supported markets, fee snapshots, and content may be corrected, changed, suspended, or discontinued. We aim to keep the tool useful but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every fee product, currency, or account arrangement is covered.
Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PayFeeCalc is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on an estimate, an unavailable service, an incorrect selection, an outdated third-party fee schedule, or a decision made using the website. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms may be updated when the website or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of the page will identify the latest published version. Continued use after an update means the new terms apply to later use of the site, subject to applicable law.
