PayFeeCalc is an independent calculator and is not PayPal support. We cannot access a PayPal account, inspect a transaction, reverse a payment, remove a limitation, or resolve a PayPal dispute. For account or transaction support, contact PayPal through its official website.

Before sending your message

To help us investigate a calculator issue, you may include:

  • The market selected in the calculator.
  • The payment type and sender category selected.
  • The currency and whether the calculation was domestic or international.
  • Whether you used Fee from a payment or Amount to request.
  • A link to an official public fee source, if you are reporting a rate difference.

Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card details, bank information, PayPal account credentials, full transaction records, or other sensitive financial information. We do not need them to review the calculator.
